On July 23rd, the Group grandly held the "Ten-Year Overseas Dedication Award" commendation ceremony in the conference room on the fourth floor of its headquarters. Wei Jinyang became the fourth overseas dedicated employee to receive this honor. Group Chairman Zhang Lian led the management team in attending and witnessing this moment of recognition.

The meeting began with a video review of Wei Jinyang's overseas journey spanning over ten years: since his first assignment to Africa on January 24, 2013, from Ghana to Togo and then Guinea, evolving from a salesperson to a warehouse manager and then to an administrative and logistics supervisor, his footprints covered key nodes of the Group's West African operations. For most of this time, he willingly dedicated himself to the "behind-the-scenes" role of logistics. Group Deputy General Manager Liu Qiang spoke highly of Wei Jinyang's decade-long overseas work experience.

Amid warm applause, Group Chairman Zhang Lian personally presented Wei Jinyang with the "Ten-Year Overseas Dedication Award" and a bonus of 200,000 RMB. Wei Jinyang delivered a sincere and heartfelt acceptance speech. He stated, "These twelve years have been like a journey across mountains and seas. From the scorching sun in Tema, Ghana, to the dust of Tamale, from eight years of deep cultivation in Togo to a year and a half of day-to-day efforts in Guinea, every inch of land bears the marks of growth. It has also given me the most practical understanding of 'Dedication and Sincerity.' Dedication means the responsibility to ensure colleagues far from home eat with peace of mind and live comfortably, and the attentiveness to everyone's needs. Sincerity means never compromising on promised meal standards, and never being absent once you've said 'I am here.' These two words are the foundation that allows us to huddle together for warmth in a foreign land." He also encouraged everyone, saying, "Don't underestimate every small task at hand. Doing simple things solidly and keeping promises to the end is the fastest path to growth."
