On August 11, 2015, the vice-president Zhu Qiang of Southwest University of Science and Technology (SWUST) leads Zhang Hua, dean of School of Economics and Management, and other people to visit Sincerity Group and attend the symposium with the accompany of Yang Zhe, chairman of Guangdong Alumni Association. Chairman Assistant Long Tao, CFO Zhao Yingchao and Administration Manager Ye Shaojun cater the reception. Meanwhile, five employees who graduated from SWUST also participate in the symposium. This meeting is held by the form of symposium with a theme of “discussion on the employment”, and a thorough communication has been made on the specific circumstances of new graduates as they just enter Sincerity Group.

At the meeting, Mr Long extends a warm welcome to the visit of these schoolfellows on behalf of Sincerity Group, appreciates the school for training and conveying talents for enterprises. Vice-president Zhu Qiang puts forward a requirement of “learning carefully, working seriously, cherishing” to all the present SWUST graduates, he wishes the graduates can apply the pragmatic and hardworking spirit in the work. On the symposium, chairman Yang proposes that more alumni enterprises should contact with the Alma Mater, so as to strengthen multi-party cooperation. Moreover, our employees Guo Tao, Wang Wenze, Dong Huanhuan, Wu Zhenxing and Wang Jiao, who graduated from the SWUST, also express their thoughts from thanking the Alma Mater, their working situations and occupational planning. School leaders, company representatives and students communicate sincerely and enthusiastically in a relaxed and harmonious atmosphere. Then, we send the souvenirs and house organs to all the schoolfellows, photoes are also taken for marking the occasion. Finally, the company leaders invite the schoolfellows and leaders to visit our office building, fitness center and warehouse, the symposium thereof comes to the end. After the meeting, we also invite all the schoolfellows to enjoy the featuring food in Nansha, namely seafood.

With the active participation of several parties and vigorous cooperation of our company, the symposia has achieved a great success, schoolfellows and leaders of SWUST have a more comprehensive and specific understanding of the graduates employment. Meanwhile, this symposia not only shows our repayment to the Alma Mater and the social responsibility, but also further promotes the close communication and long-term cooperation between enterprises and universities.
